Have you heard of maca? Maca will do lots of good things for you and your menstrual health… But the benefit you want from it is increased fertility, it also increases a mans fertility.Maca will increase your sex drive as well.
1. Fuel up on folic acid- this helps prepare your body for a healthy pregnancy
2. Cut down on Caffeine- this will inhibit your ability to absorb iron and increase your risk for stillbirth.
3. Timing is Everything- track your ovulation (they also have digital home tests for that now)
4. Mind Control- Women who suffer from depression are twice as likely to have problems with fertility as women who don’t. (you can get a Himalayan salt lamp that increases mood by releasing negative ions)
5. Positioning yourself- Many experts suspect that the missionary position (man on top) provides the best opportunity for getting pregnant (allows for deepest penetration and deposits sperm closer to the cervix). A pillow under the hips helps too and stay there 15 minutes after intercourse.
6. Increase the Odds- Make your vaginal environment as sperm-friendly as possible (avoid lubricants etc or Pre-Seed lubricant is the sperm friendly choice of many people trying to get pregnant.)
7. For your man- Ask your partner to chuck all briefs and opt for boxers instead for a healthy sperm count.
Eat healthy (it really does make a difference!)
Meditation worked for me (it allows you to be indifferent to whether you get pregnant or not – which I think does a world of good – I got pregnant 1 cycle after starting to meditate (and going to a naturopath to start eating right for me since I have IBS)).
Exercise also helps because it releases happy hormones, which will also help you relax
Chart your temperatures to see when you ovulate (look up Basal body temperature and pregnancy – you’ll get lots of information).
Hi! :)
I'm Jessica, a very proud and fulfilled soon to be mommy of a beautiful baby girl.
Being a mother is the most precious thing that could ever happen to a woman and I am so blessed and grateful to be able to have the chance to be a mom all with the help of the pregnancy program that has greatly helped me and my husband after five years of trying.

If you have intercourse, and place a pillow under your hips, you have a good chance that the majority of the sperm will stay inside. Give it a try!
